The COVID-19 crisis has changed life as we know it. The challenging circumstances brought on by the pandemic has changed the way we work, the way we socialize, and the way we live. Like everyone else, we too are adapting – working remotely from home, finding new ways to connect with our clients through digital platforms, relying more on technology to do most of our activities online, and doing everything possible to protect our stakeholders, our families and our fellow citizens. We are sharing some of the key measures we have taken to ensure business continuity and protect the well-being of our stakeholders.
Our team: We are now operating 100% remotely
Soon after the COVID-19 situation, our immediate action was to mobilize our team to operate safely and securely from home. We have invested in collaboration tools, and secure platforms to support our team members. Our team is now working 100% remotely. The move is aimed to minimize business disruption and ensure the safety of our employees. We will continue to adapt our working and operational models based on the latest developments.
Our product: We are committed to ensuring business continuity
At CrunchMetrics, we don’t just aim to sell products. We aim to deliver value to our clients and help them succeed. Our users are at the heart of everything we do. With remote tools and collaboration platforms, our product team is continually innovating and working to improve our platform and add new features. We are continuing to interact with our users via phone, emails and video calls to understand their challenges better and build impactful product capabilities.

While our physical offices are no longer open, all our projects and activities will continue to run virtually as per plan. We will continue to deliver our services, products, and support via digital channels. We will continue to work tirelessly to empower our customers to make informed operational decisions in real-time.
