2020 in itself was an anomaly – one that no one saw coming! It made us all learn and adapt quickly – turning couches at home into workstations, finding new ways to meet clients through platforms like Zoom, accelerating digital transformation like never before, driving our resilience to come together and support one another. Our team has built some amazing new features to enable our customers to make rapid, profitable operational decisions.
We launched – CMVariate, a cutting-edge AI-enabled product feature that allows businesses to reduce the blind spots in business metrics. CMVariate module provides a multivariate approach for root cause analysis and alert post anomaly detection. CMVariate is also integrated with the alert module of CrunchMetrics to configure alarms for reducing business-specific false alarms. Learn More
2. Contribution Analysis
We also built the Contribution Analysis feature to equip our users with Automatic Diagnostics capabilities for root cause analysis. With Contribution Analysis, customers can understand their data better and identify the root cause of unexpected anomalies in detail. Learn More
3. Apache Druid Integration
We also fully integrated our platform with Apache Druid – One of the most popular, open-source real-time analytics databases for streaming datasets, designed to quickly ingest massive quantities of event data, and provide low-latency queries on top of the data. With the new integration, customers can gain real-time, intelligent insights from streaming data. This development is in line with the current scalability requirements of 5G and the digital intensification we are all experiencing.
