Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Demand Generation professional with 2-3 years of SaaS Demand Generation experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving demand for CrunchMetrics which is an AI-based anomaly detection platform for FinTech, Telecom, and Retail verticals. Crunchmetrics is a division of Subex Digital LLP, a whollyowned subsidiary of Subex Limited.

  1. Plan and execute innovative end-to-end demand generation programs, including paid media campaigns, webinars, emails, lead nurturing programs and more.
  2. Work cross-functionally with Events, Digital, Content and SEO marketing to optimize the delivery of high-value content and touchpoints at the optimal moment in an account’s discovery and sales journey, meeting critical pipeline goals
  3. Work closely with Business Development teams to support their targets with adequate pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  4. Identify and implement tactical marketing initiatives in response to market circumstances.
  5. Identify, define and execute communications plans to create brand awareness, gain new customers, develop existing clients (cross-sell, up-sell), client retention and win-back.
  6. Monitor competition closely, and come up with strategies to stay ahead.



  1. Between 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing/demand-gen.
  2. Ability to think out of the box and be proactive about rapidly testing and iterating different scalable marketing tactics.
  3. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, and new-age marketing techniques.
  4. Extremely powerful communication skills – written and verbal.
  5. Familiarity with and comfort in working within a fast-paced startup environment to deliver quick results.
  6. Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
  7. A flair for marketing, and hunger to succeed.
