CrunchMetrics is looking for a highly experienced and driven Global Head of Sales to lead the sales team. This person needs to have an entrepreneurial bent of mind to promote and sell CrunchMetrics globally. The candidate must have a proven track record in closing deals and penetrating new technology products across verticals. You’ll need to be comfortable running full solution sales and engaging across multiple departments and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Grow the customer base across verticals and be accountable for global revenue goals.
  2. Manage global sales team – goals, training, priorities, etc
  3. Hands-on selling into new accounts across relevant industry verticals.
  4. Provide accurate monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  5. Collect and synthesize client feedback for our product and engineering teams.
  6. Manages sales cycles from lead generation to close with a consultative sales approach in assessing customer’s needs.
  7. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong execution in all phases of the prospects’ buying cycle

Skills

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

BRIEF
  1. 10+ years proven track record of selling technology products to various industry verticals. (E-commerce, Fintech,Telco, EdTech, and AdTech)
  2. Proven track record of penetration across the various market with new products, scaling revenues YoY, and building a team to support the success.
  3. History of consistently exceeding targets
  4. Experience in selling AI / ML, Big Data solutions, and SaaS products to any of the mentioned industry verticals will be an advantage
  5. Experience of working in a startup preferred
  6. Customer-Centric – Must have a track record of creating successful customer relationships by determining customer needs, challenges, and translating those into a strong value story
